Ask about special-order sizes. Interior dimensions, usable capacity, door clearance, loading limits and power are confirmed for the offered unit. Freezer, combination, 54-inch pallet-door and special-request configurations require separate confirmation. Ask about R-290 compliant refrigerant systems where equipped; refrigerant details are confirmed for the assigned unit when relevant.
Available on suitable refrigerated configurations. We confirm the assigned unit can meet your required setpoint and operating conditions.
For applicable models. Other configurations may require 208–230 V, 30 A, single-phase service. Confirm the assigned unit’s nameplate, circuit requirements and exact plug/receptacle before arranging power; these connections are not interchangeable.
R-290 is a natural propane refrigerant with very low global-warming potential and zero ozone-depletion potential. Purpose-designed systems can support efficient cooling; energy use varies by model and conditions. Ask us to confirm an R-290-equipped option for your rental.
Tell us if site power is unavailable. Generator selection, starting-load capacity, fuel arrangements and pricing are confirmed for your equipment and rental dates.
Request shelving with your quote. Layout, usable space, load limits and availability are confirmed for the selected trailer.
Submit the intake form for pricing, availability and delivery or pickup options. We’ll review your location, dates and equipment needs before confirming arrangements.
Submit the rental intake →Cooler Lease standard amenities support safer access, efficient loading, temperature control, and responsive rental operations from delivery through pickup.
Every Cooler Lease rental trailer includes an ultra-heavy-duty fold-down ramp for convenient walk-in cooler access. When closed and secured as instructed, the outer ramp door adds a second physical barrier in front of the inner cooler door. Easy access while loading; an added layer of security when closed.
Bright interior LED strip lighting with occupancy sensors helps crews see products, labels, shelving, and the loading path while reducing unnecessary lighting energy use.
Ultra-bright, rear-facing LED work lights add visibility around the ramp and rear work area for safer, easier product flow during daytime, nighttime, and early-morning access.
A fire extinguisher is mounted on the door side of every standard commercial rental unit for clear, convenient access. Site operators remain responsible for their own required safety plan and inspections.
Easy-to-adjust controls support cooler, near-freezing, and moderate-temperature applications across a nominal 0–50°F operating range. Actual performance depends on load, ambient conditions, door activity, power, and setup.
Customers have access to Cooler Lease service and support around the clock for rental-unit questions and time-sensitive operating concerns. Response and on-site service timing vary by location and conditions.
When inventory, route capacity, site readiness, power, and rental terms align, deployment may be available as soon as the same day. Availability is confirmed during rental intake.
A wheel chock is provided for every trailer tire. The full set must remain correctly positioned at all times while the rental is parked or deployed—no exceptions. Intentional unauthorized removal is a material safety breach and grounds for immediate rental termination without refund, subject to the rental agreement and applicable law.
Tell us the required temperature, what is being stored, estimated volume, delivery address, placement area, electrical service, start date, and expected rental term. If you do not know the unit size, we can start with those details.
Equipment and delivery schedules change. We confirm the available rental, pricing, power requirements, delivery access, and timing before a reservation is accepted. For an urgent failure, submit the request while you gather site photos and electrical information.
