Storage that fits your site
When one walk-in or trailer is not enough, Cooler Lease can review larger-capacity and multi-unit rental plans. The answer may involve several temperature zones, staged deliveries, product-flow controls, temporary power, racking, security, and a longer rental term.

Common applications
When a refrigerated warehouse rental makes sense
Portable warehouse-scale refrigeration is worth reviewing when standard walk-ins cannot hold the required volume, permanent construction is too slow, or the need is temporary. The project may be served by a large modular space or a planned group of portable units, depending on availability and the site.
Modular one-piece roll-off cold storage
Cooler Lease reviews modular one-piece roll-off cold storage in 10 x 10, 10 x 20 and 10 x 30 sizes. These units include insulated floors and access ramps. Special sizes and configurations are available by written project review.
Outdoor modular placement terms
Outdoor modular models must be set on level ground and be easily accessible by a 36-foot flatbed roll-off truck unless Cooler Lease confirms another delivery method in writing. The site must account for turns, gates, overhead clearance, surface strength, drainage, ramp landing, security, power or generator placement and removal access.
Capacity is more than square footage
A useful plan accounts for pallet positions, aisle width, airflow, product arrival temperature, loading frequency, door traffic, shelving or racking, drainage, security, electrical load, monitoring, and space needed for delivery and service.
What we need to confirm
Provide the delivery address, requested start date, target temperature, product type, approximate volume, rental duration, site photos, trailer parking dimensions, tow-route and turning limitations, reinforced-ramp landing area, and electrical details. The written quote identifies the offered trailer and every site assumption.
Delivery and operation
Delivery timing is based on fleet availability, route, trailer size, site readiness, and scheduling. Do not relocate sensitive inventory until the trailer is parked and stabilized, the ramp is deployed safely, electrical service is connected as required, the unit is operating at the intended temperature, and it has been accepted under your facility's procedure.
Frequently asked questions
What is a portable refrigerated warehouse rental?
It is temporary large-capacity refrigerated or frozen storage delivered or assembled for a commercial site, often used when standard walk-in units are too small or permanent construction is not practical.
Can multiple rental units create separate temperature zones?
Yes, a multi-unit plan can be reviewed for separate cooler, freezer, or controlled-temperature zones. Each zone requires its own capacity, power, access, and monitoring plan.
What determines warehouse rental capacity?
Product volume, pallet layout, airflow, aisle space, loading schedule, target temperature, door traffic, racking, and available site utilities all affect usable capacity.
