Initial billing includes seven days, quoted delivery and pickup, applicable tax and the deposit. A reservation requires the signed agreement, required funds and written confirmation.

I understand this form starts a rental review only. It does not guarantee a rental, confirm availability, reserve equipment, set delivery timing, lock pricing, or create a rental agreement. Cooler Lease will get back with me within 24 business hours with next steps, and any rental terms must be confirmed in writing before scheduling.

Rental fees do not include food-spoilage or contents insurance. Review inventory, monitoring and insurance responsibilities. The accepted written agreement controls the rental.
