Cold storage for community-serving work

Cooler & Freezer Rental Offers for 501(c)(3) Nonprofits

Keep the storage plan connected to your mission. Cooler Lease welcomes requests from 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations planning food programs, fundraising events, community meals or temporary refrigeration needs. Ask about current cooler and freezer rental offers. Current offers depend on availability.

Make your nonprofit project part of the quote request

Tell us the organization name, project purpose, delivery location and dates, and select 501(c)(3) nonprofit offer review in the form. We can discuss any current offer while reviewing equipment and delivery. Offers are not a published fixed discount, a grant or a promise of donated equipment; the written quote confirms the arrangement available for your request.

Plan for food programs, community meals and fundraisers

A food-distribution project may receive inventory from several suppliers or donors. A fundraiser may require advance deliveries and post-event stock removal. A community kitchen may need backup storage during repairs. Identify the peak inventory, chilled or frozen requirements and the person responsible for receiving and product controls before choosing the equipment.

Keep staff, volunteers and site contacts aligned

Name one coordinator who can bring the organization, venue and receiving team into the same plan. Confirm who approves placement, who reviews the power arrangement and who manages stock. For shared storage, identify permitted contents and inventory ownership. An equipment rental supports your operation’s storage plan; the responsible team continues to manage product handling and monitoring.

One event or an extended project

Provide the full period when temporary storage is needed, including setup and inventory removal. For an ongoing program or renovation, describe the expected term and any review milestones. Short-term rentals and longer-term leasing requests can be reviewed along with current offers, which depend on availability. Any offer, pricing, delivery and return terms are confirmed in writing.

Find the right refrigeration arrangement

Explore walk-in cooler rentals, walk-in freezer rentals and combination cooler and freezer rentals. For local delivery, review our city and county service areas and provide your actual address for confirmation.
