How quickly can a temporary cooler or freezer be delivered?

Submit your delivery address and rental needs through the request form. We’ll check available trailers and delivery timing, then confirm what your site needs before delivery. Timing is subject to availability and written confirmation.

Do you rent cooler, freezer, and combination trailers?

Yes. We rent electric walk-in coolers, freezers, and combination trailers with separate temperature zones. Short- and long-term rentals are available; we confirm the unit and power requirements in your quote.

What power does a rental unit require?

Requirements vary by unit. Before dispatch, the exact voltage, phase, amperage, connection type, and cable distance must be verified for the equipment being offered. A qualified electrician may be needed to prepare or confirm the connection.

Do you offer walk-in event cooler rentals?

Yes. We review walk-in cooler and refrigerated trailer rentals for weddings, festivals, catering, outdoor venues, and other events. Provide the venue address, setup and pickup dates, storage volume, and power details. Equipment and delivery are subject to availability and written confirmation.

Can rental charges be submitted to an insurance company?

We can provide itemized estimates and rental documentation for a business, adjuster, or restoration team. Whether a carrier pays any portion depends on the policy, cause of loss, deductible, approvals, and claim handling. We do not promise coverage.
