Active Wi-Fi
Maintain a valid Wi-Fi signal and current credentials when the assigned unit uses site connectivity for monitoring or support.
Clear connectivity, equipment-tracking and field-service requirements help protect the trailer, support response, and keep longer rentals on a defined maintenance schedule.

The installed equipment-tracking sensor must remain enabled on rural rentals and may not be blocked, disconnected or altered.
Longer rentals receive scheduled field maintenance approximately every 30 days, normally requiring one to two hours.
Connectivity does not replace the customer's duty to maintain power, monitor equipment and protect stored products.
The customer supplies a working Wi-Fi signal and keeps the network and credentials active for the duration of the rental when required for the assigned equipment. Any network change, outage or access issue must be reported promptly. A Cooler Lease mobile Wi-Fi option may be available where cellular coverage supports it; it is not promised for rural or low-coverage sites.
Rural rentals use an installed equipment-tracking sensor. The customer consents to the equipment-location and operational tracking described in the rental agreement and privacy notice and agrees that the device will remain engaged. It may not be blocked, disconnected, removed, altered or used to access personal customer content. Tracking supports equipment security and rental operations; it does not replace customer power, temperature or product monitoring.
Any rental extending beyond 30 days requires scheduled Cooler Lease maintenance approximately every 30 days. The customer must provide safe, timely access to the trailer and service area. A normal visit takes about one to two hours depending on the equipment, location and findings and may require a brief planned shutdown or restricted access. Routine scheduled maintenance is included in the rental rate, and the normal service window is not refundable except as required by the accepted agreement or law.
Yes. The customer must provide and maintain a valid, active Wi-Fi signal and current connection credentials at the rental site when required for the assigned unit's monitoring and support functions.
Ask about a Cooler Lease mobile Wi-Fi option. Availability depends on cellular coverage and equipment, and mobile Wi-Fi may not be offered or reliable in rural or low-coverage locations.
