A temporary refrigeration rental starts before the trailer arrives and ends after the last inventory transfer. Assign an on-site contact for both delivery and collection so that access, power and operating decisions have a clear owner.

Start here

  1. Confirm the agreed arrival window and who can receive the unit.
  2. Clear the approved placement area and access route; report any changed conditions before dispatch.
  3. Review the offered unit’s operating instructions and acceptance checks with the receiving team.
  4. Plan the stock transfer with the person responsible for product handling. Keep aisles and required airflow clear.

Facts to confirm before dispatch

  • Written delivery and pickup responsibilities
  • Equipment condition and accessories recorded at receipt
  • Site-approved electrical arrangements for the offered unit
  • Extension notice, authorization and any revised charges
  • Inventory removal, cleaning responsibilities and agreed collection access
Keep the unit available until the inventory is removed and pickup is confirmed. Follow the supplied instructions for shutdown and disconnection; do not improvise electrical work or move the trailer yourself without authorization.
