Stability work starts with the protocol. Cooler Lease reviews the specified temperature, relative humidity, tolerances, duration, mapping, sensors, alarms, calibration, documentation, power, and recovery expectations before determining whether a suitable rental configuration is available.

What is a stability chamber rental?
A stability chamber rental is temporary controlled-environment space used to maintain defined temperature and, when specifically equipped, relative-humidity conditions for a study or product program. It is not interchangeable with an ordinary cooler or ambient room.
Qualification belongs in the project scope
If the chamber must support mapping, installation or operational qualification, calibrated sensors, audit records, backup controls, or a regulated protocol, those requirements must be supplied before quoting. Availability and documentation vary by offered equipment.
What we need to confirm
Provide the delivery address, requested start date, target temperature, product type, approximate volume, rental duration, site photos, trailer parking dimensions, tow-route and turning limitations, reinforced-ramp landing area, and electrical details. The written quote identifies the offered trailer and every site assumption.
Delivery and operation
Delivery timing is based on fleet availability, route, trailer size, site readiness, and scheduling. Do not relocate sensitive inventory until the trailer is parked and stabilized, the ramp is deployed safely, electrical service is connected as required, the unit is operating at the intended temperature, and it has been accepted under your facility's procedure.
Frequently asked questions
What information is needed to rent a stability chamber?
Provide the study temperature, relative humidity, tolerances, duration, product load, door-opening schedule, mapping and qualification requirements, sensors, alarms, backup plan, electrical service, and delivery location.
Is every temperature-controlled room a stability chamber?
No. A stability chamber must be evaluated against the protocol, including temperature and humidity control, tolerances, monitoring, documentation, and qualification requirements.
Can a temporary chamber be used for regulated studies?
Only after the sponsoring organization reviews and accepts the offered equipment, controls, documentation, mapping, calibration, and qualification approach under its own quality system.
