Storage that fits your site
Cold-room projects usually require more than a target temperature. We review the permitted range, product, monitoring, alarms, redundancy, documentation, qualification expectations, access controls, power, and contingency plan before an equipment option is presented.

Common applications
Cold rooms for temporary capacity
A rental cold room can bridge permanent-equipment replacement, facility work, seasonal demand, validation activity, or a defined project. Product owners remain responsible for confirming that the offered equipment and documentation meet their internal quality and regulatory requirements.
Write the acceptance criteria before delivery
The request should state the temperature range, sensor and alarm expectations, excursion procedure, mapping or qualification needs, backup power, access restrictions, loading plan, and who has authority to accept the room for use.
What we need to confirm
Provide the delivery address, requested start date, target temperature, product type, approximate volume, rental duration, site photos, trailer parking dimensions, tow-route and turning limitations, reinforced-ramp landing area, and electrical details. The written quote identifies the offered trailer and every site assumption.
Delivery and operation
Delivery timing is based on fleet availability, route, trailer size, site readiness, and scheduling. Do not relocate sensitive inventory until the trailer is parked and stabilized, the ramp is deployed safely, electrical service is connected as required, the unit is operating at the intended temperature, and it has been accepted under your facility's procedure.
Frequently asked questions
What is a temporary cold-room rental?
It is a portable temperature-controlled room used for a defined project, outage, renovation, or capacity need. Equipment is selected around the written operating and site requirements.
Can a rental cold room support regulated products?
Potentially, but suitability is not automatic. The product owner must define and approve the required temperature range, monitoring, mapping, qualification, alarms, records, and contingency controls.
Can a cold room include backup refrigeration?
Redundant or backup configurations may be reviewed when requested. Availability, power, controls, monitoring, and switchover expectations must be confirmed in writing.
