What is CoolerLease X?
CoolerLease X is Cooler Lease's project desk for large events, corporate gatherings, complex venue plans, and rentals that may require multiple cooler, freezer, or combination trailers.
Can CoolerLease X support an event outside the normal service area?
Possibly. Depending on project size, number of units, route, dates, site readiness, operating plan and return logistics, Cooler Lease can review out-of-region requests. Submission does not guarantee service or equipment.
Can one event use several temperature zones?
Yes. A project can be reviewed for multiple cooler, freezer, and combination units so food, beverages, ice, frozen product, florals, and other inventory can use appropriate zones.
How early should a large-event request be submitted?
Submit as early as possible after the venue, dates, estimated inventory and power plan are known. Multi-unit routing, power distribution, placement, credentials, setup and teardown require more coordination than a single-unit rental.
