Start here
- Record the unit identifier, site address, contact number and time the concern began.
- Note displayed readings, alarms and visible conditions without opening electrical or refrigeration panels.
- Report recent power interruptions, changed loading, unusual door traffic or blocked access.
- Follow the supplied operating instructions and your facility’s procedure for affected inventory.
Facts to confirm before dispatch
- A concise description of the symptom and when it occurs
- Photos of visible displays or conditions when safe to obtain
- The last known normal operating period
- Relevant changes in stock volume or site conditions
- A responsible person available to speak with the service team
Do not bypass alarms, guards or electrical protection, or attempt a repair outside your authorization. This reporting checklist does not replace the unit instructions or qualified service advice.
