The Tennessee Valley Fair's official information lists September 11–20, 2026. A multi-day event invites a different storage plan from a one-night reception. This retrospective focuses on replenishment, assigned stock ownership and collection readiness, without claiming Cooler Lease supplied the fair.
Separate public dates from the equipment window
The official public event period provides context, but a vendor’s actual storage window may begin before opening and finish after closing. Obtain current vendor and site instructions directly from the organizer before requesting a placement or arrival time.
This is an independently written retrospective, created September 21, 2026. It does not claim that Cooler Lease supplied the fair or that a particular vendor used rental refrigeration.
Plan the repeated work
For a multi-day operation, create a receiving and restocking calendar rather than a single opening-day inventory list. Assign an owner for stock records, required product checks and the final transfer out. Keep the operating plan aligned with the responsible vendor’s product procedures.
Include access during closed periods and preserve collection space while teardown proceeds. When planning another year, recheck official dates and requirements instead of copying the 2026 schedule.
